But, I need to know how you lost your level progress and few more details...
1) Did you reinstall your game?
2) Did you save it before either with a Facebook account or Kingdom account?
3) If you saved the game, did you make sure that you have logged into the correct account?
4) Are you using a mobile device or a computer? If you are using a mobile device, is it an Android or Apple device?

1) Are you using the Android phone to play your game and that is where you need to restore your level progress?
2) What did you mean by --> (a) it was locked down; (b) "this was after I had to install the games"
The better information and clarification I have, the sooner I will be able to help you to get your progress back.
