Candy Collection : 2 versions found
#1 : The more generous one, with shorter duration (24hrs), and less number of candies to be collected.
4700 blue candies to collect 2 hammers, 1 Switch, 1 Color Bomb, 1 UFO + 45min lives.
#2 : the usual one, to collect more candies for less rewards.
Even stage 1 requires more than 4700 candies.(⊙.⊙(☉̃ₒ☉)⊙.⊙) King's logic is hard to understand.
No incentive to rush through since it has a 2-day time frame.
Just as an aside the lucky account that has the generous, easy to fulfill version, has another parallel event that gives out UFO too.
Halloween comes early .

I got your Version #2, though without the UFO. In the final @8000, I received Cake Bomb, Striped/Wrapped, Switch, Hammer, and my favorite, Coconut Wheel (can't live without those, right? LOL)

So yours is a variant of version 2 - the 8000 candies version.
I've just finished collecting the 8000 candies, and was rewarded in total 6 Switches and 6 Hammers ( worth about 60 gold bars).

Version 2, variant 2
8000 candies will get you 3 Color Bombs, 3 Wrapped/Stripped Combo, 2 Switches, 2 Hammers and 2 Fish (or about 50 gold bars).

I'm sorry, my bad. It was a fish instead of a Coconut Wheel! Guess I had CW on the brain because that's what I got on my Daily Treat and Wheel!

No worries about the Coconut Wheel, just want to establish whether there's a variant 3 for Version 2.

Taking care of the family accounts has revived my interest in the game. I get to test on different versions of events, experimenting, analyzing, and hopefully finding a solution. The bonus part is to share in this community with friends.

I got the below version. This daily competition is far better than the 3 day weekly contest where you get bonus points for passing new levels.
At least this contest gives top level players the same chance as all other players. I like it.

A new variant with even Party Booster +UFO (not timed version) as rewards.
60 new levels in 24 hrs definitely is not for those at the top end, unless King is releasing 60 levels later today, again.

Wow, a "free" party booster? We haven't had that offered for a long time. But 60 levels is a bit stiff I agree. That's four episodes. I've just played two, which takes me about one hour, and I've had enough for now. Not an event for those of us who have a life outside Candy Crush.
