I have no problem with CC soda.. I have done everything suggested nothing has helped
Can you not log in with the Kingdom instead on Windows 10? Two players wrote that they can't connect so I sent them my blog on how to sync Facebook and the Kingdom and then to open the game on Windows 10 just with the Kingdom and one wrote back that she is now able to play the game with the Kingdom. I have tried everything you have said and its still doing the same thing. I like playing and windows 10 and thats what I want to do. I dont understand why CC is doing this when CC soda does not.. I have no problem playing soda
Do you need Windows 10 to play the game? Are you up that high that you can't play it on a browser instead? I tried to reset the game and that didn't work. I finally uninstalled the game on Windows 10 which seemed to take forever. Then I made sure that my Windows 10 version was up-to-date and then I installed the game again and this time my progress was showing. Try uninstalling the game. You should not lose your boosters so try that and then reboot your computer and then install it from the Microsoft store again to see if it works. It still came up with that darn Facebook login but I was able to "x" out and I was already logged into the Kingdom.

Lisa, I am about ready to throw out all these games and my laptop! I can't log into the game at all! I just keep getting the same box that you are getting and I "x" out of it. Then I checked to see if I am logged into the Kingdom which I am but when the game opens it's so far from my current level! I'm about ready to scream so believe me I know what you are experiencing! I just reset the game and no changes. I went to the Microsoft store and loaded whatever and clicked on play and it's still not showing my level. Yet on my desktop I can access Windows 10 without Facebook. If I come up with a solution for both of us I'll let you know.
Is this issue ever going to be fixed? Why am I having this problem on candy crush and not candy crush soda?? I would really like to play my game without logging into facebook. Still have not heard from King and yes I understand they are busy but this issue has been on gain for a while now

@Lisa Welcome to the community, I am sorry that you are still experiencing this problem. I can see that you have tried all of the troubleshooting and have updated your game version.
This is all that we can suggest for the moment, I am sorry. I can see that a few players are also experiencing connectivity problems and Windows 10, so we have passed these on for our games studio to investigate.
I hope that they can find a solution soon, in the meantime please be sure to always have the latest version as a fix will come in an update.

I understand they are busy. Windows and CC are the latest version and updated. I log out of king and then log back in. I have even tried to start over at 1 but it does the same thing
Hi Lisa, there are so busy at King with all the glitches this week. Please check to make sure that your Windows 10 has the latest version too. I just thought of two other things. We have so many messages back and forth so I hope that I'm not repeating myself. Are you playing the game with the version that came installed on Windows 10? If so, don't play on it because it doesn't get updated. Go to the Microsoft store (shopping bag) and install that version. Second idea, how about once the game is open on Windows 10, double check to make sure that you are not logged into Facebook and only logged into the Kingdom.
Let me know if any of this works and if it doesn't then I will write her another message to check it further for you.
I have not heard from King. I would like to play my game but guess I am not going to be able to.. I have done everything I know to do and followed every step so I am really confused by the fact that its not been fixed
Hi Lisa, I will elevate this to a King Admin and maybe she can offer you some solution. She won't be back in the office until tomorrow but she might be busy with meetings so not sure when she will respond to you.
Went on vacation hoping the issue would be fixed by the time I got back.. But its still wanting me to login to facebook. No fix yet
Hi Lisa, the studio is working on a resolution right now so hang in there and hopefully it can be fixed real soon.
My game is still asking me to login into facebook.
Lisa check the game now to see what happens. Someone wrote with the new episode release today that it pops up saying that it can't connect to Facebook.

Hi Lisa, I already told a King Admin about this but I want her to read your message tomorrow when she comes in because you tried different things and it's still doing it. I bet it's a Facebook glitch once again!
I have version 1.1360.3.0 I uninstalled the version that was on windows 10 and reinstalled the game from the microsoft store. even starting over at level one it still wants to connect to facebook which I don't want to do. I logged in thru king and still get the facebook connect.. I cant get into any level to play.. I have contacted King care but have not heard from them at all.
Hi Lisa, it was reported to the studio yesterday morning. I don't know if or when they fix these glitches. Question for you - are you playing the game with the version that came with Windows 10 or have you installed the game app from the Microsoft store? That makes a big difference too. Also have you ever synced your Facebook and Kingdom accounts together?

Check which version you have in Windows 10 next. If it's not the installed version then go to the Microsoft store (the shopping bag) and install that version. With this version you will always get updated versions of the game.
Now go into the game and try to ignore the stupid Facebook pop up. See if you can log into the Kingdom again and let me know if it's brought in your progress. If it's still showing as level 1, then I am going to ask you to please complete the contact form on this link: https://care.king.com/en/contact They can go into your account and manually add your progress in.

Hi Lisa, can you please give me more details? What happens when you click to open the game? Is it freezing? Are you getting an error message? Could you possibly do a print screen? Please give me more information so that I can direct you further.
So when you "x" out of it does it go back to the level or does that still keep popping up? I'm wondering if this is a new glitch starting.
I x out and try again and it pops up every time.. I tried logging out of king and it takes me back to the first level. I get the daily prize I can spin.. everything is normal until I try to play the level
Hi Lisa, I believe that this is a brand new glitch because others have reported the Facebook wanting you to log in thing. I am going to elevate this first thing tomorrow morning to a King Admin and she will pass this information along to the studio.
