Welcome to the Candy Crush Saga Community
Do you have a question or need help with your game? Ask the Community.
🤔 Is there something going on in the community regarding replying to threads or issues overall? I ask because I replied to a response by @Diamond_Lim, but when I went back, it was gone. I looked in my "drafts" and it wasn't there either. Also, going to the "someone needs help" section on my page shows that there are 2 questions, but if you click on them, it tells you that there are no discussions (per attachment). This is like the 3rd weird thing that's happened tonight ..

Sometimes King tidy away messages into different threads. Sometimes appropriately, such as with all those complaints about losing adverts, but sometimes not so appropriately. I've had a post of mine disappear once. I am not sure which post it is you are referring to, but have you tried clicking on your own profile icon here and then scrolling through your comments and discussions? Everything you have ever posted will show up in your profile and hopefully you will find the missing post then.
It might also be that your post has gone for approval. This happens when you use certain words deemed inappropriate or if you edit a post too much, especially when also using the "reply" function. This has happened to me multiple times. It's an AI, an automated programme that oversees this so it is NOT personal, and usually the post will then appear after a human has checked it out. There would be a tiny message showing only briefly in the left hand corner of the screen when you press "post comment" so look out of that.
Yep, I look through "my discussions" in the profile and it wasn't there. I make sure not to use certain words in the posts or replies to avoid it going for approval. As for the edit function, I've only used it a total of 2-3x, but they were each edited separately, and only once. Ever since my 1st post being sent for approval, I look for the quick message at the bottom .. lol

Hi @Jiggyraff the somebody needs help issue that you describe isn't new and has been occurring ever since they updated this site last year. I can't be sure but I think it is related to a refresh issue. It seems to me that the issue only occurs if someone answers a question whilst you are active on the forum. If it bothers you I find that closing the forum and reopening it seems to sort the issue out.
Unusually I notice that today it says zero people need help, but one question is outstanding. Don't think I have seen that happen before
