Win10, Using Facebook, candy crush black screen

Win10, Using Facebook to start Candy Crush, all of a sudden as of SAT,

the candy crush comes up with a Black shield-like screen that blocks using candy crush.

Tried,

Resetting the CC app,

repairing FIrefix,

using edge,

clearing cache

What else should I try?

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date. You can check if it's updated here.

If you have a Windows PC you can also download the game app directly to your computer from Microsoft Store and play via the Windows app instead. Click here to download the game to your PC. Windows 10 is required to download the game,

Have you tried opening the game via another device? That way, you know if it's windows or the game itself. Aside from that, I found a post from one of our mods, @Diamond_Lim. Go to the last one and read what she has to say regarding the issue you're having. Hope it helps! 😉

Music event
Are we still getting the 300 gold bars for finishing the event? I actually finished it and got a confirmation of obtaining the last tape but didn’t get it. It’s frustrating cause I bought stuffs to finish it on time and used a lot of bars as well for special candies.
⛔ Music Season – Clarification on Event End Time
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Please rest level 9606
9606 is not dispensing gummi dragons and needs to be reset. I have done everything I can on my side. Please help.

When a Kohls ad pops up I cannot close it (the reward granted button comes up but no way to close it...its dead screen there)and have to back out...thus loosing any gold bars I should have received.
