I have earned hundreds of gold bars but never received them. I have reloaded the game and updated it as well. Please help.
That sounds like the message you get during CandyRoyale. You will only win this "share" if you finish the event to the end without failing a level. That is how CandyRoyale functions. The message about the "share" is given only as an incentive to continue to try and win the event. On your main map screen you ought to see a trophy next a level further up from where you are playing when Candy Royale is active. You must reach this trophy level passing each level at your first try without failing. Once you passed the trophy level you will receive one share of the gold.
It will say something like "here are your share of the prize" and then they don't go into my account.
