Can’t send or receive lives

When I ask for lives, nobody receives my request. I don’t receive any lives from players I know personally and know for a fact they tried to send me lives. When I request lives, I see that “I” have requested a life from myself? How do I fix this issue.

I am having the same problem and lost all my friends I have played with for years. I don't get any helps or events and completely lost all upgrades. I am sooo disappointed with candy Crush and Facebook.

We are sorry for your problem and from what you said I think your game is probably not fully connected to the server or something like that.
However after following the basic troubleshooting steps as below let me know if your issue persists.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
Also, if you have a screenshot of the issue please add it here so I can report the issue in detail.

I can not collect any lives. No one sends them and I can’t request them. I lost my lives I had collected. I followed your above instructions without a correction of the problem. Can you help me please?

It's a very widespread problem. I receive the odd request for a life, but I'm not getting any in spite of having a group of friends who always swapped lives daily. It's highly unlikely that they all stopped sending lives at the same time.

If the game isn't connected, then it won't display the gold bar numbers. I've personally experienced what a connection issue looks like.
In the screenshot instance above at least, the player is clearly connected but has an empty envelope. 🤔

I am having the same problem with lives, my envelope is always empty, even though I know that I have requested lives and I know that people have tried to send. This has been an ongoing issue for a couple of weeks now…
please fix it 😞

Hello Skeeter, why can't you request lives? Click on the heart icon and then select Ask Friends.
