@QueenB Can you kindly please verify that it should be the top 5 qualifiers in semi final to go for the Final round?
Apparently it shows only top 3 in my game. I am confused, and wondering if others are having the same game as I am.
Thank you for your kind reply ππ»
Hi @lelol72 , well I guess what the leaderboard shows is what finally applies.
Yet, it is very ennoying as in this cup, there were many discrepancies regarding who will be qualifying between @QueenB 's post, the in-game pop up screens, and even within the terms and conditions between 'how to play" (mentioning top 5 for semi finals) and "rules/group and objectives" (there, top 3 is mentioned) π
Dear @QueenB π€
I am sorry! But, I am not very excited with these βTournamentsβ anymore!!
Players from higher levels and lower levels are grouped together in these events! When that happens, players in the lower levels always have advantage as they can beat more levels!! And, the players in higher levels face a hard challenge as the game becomes cruel as you level up!!
I will be looking forward to participate in futureβ¦. When the competition is between the players that are at same milestone levels!! Until then, I will be cheering for the players that are competing ππ
There is a discrepancy of what's mentioned in the UFO Cup rule the top 5 shall qualify to the final. However it's stated the top 3 in the following group rules and objectives. This is so confusing, and I believe a clarification officially by the developer is necessary. I wish the contestants would be notified that is the top 3 to be qualified instead of top 5, or vice versa.
Thank you for the verification.

I've just seen this little paragraph in the terms and conditions.
"Be aware of:
Each group must have the requisite number of people. In order to be assigned to a group, it is important to be punctual. By entering the game as soon as possible once the event has started you will be more likely to be assigned to a group and can start playing earlier."
So that does explain why I was kicked out! I was trying to save my arthritic hands and not play non-stop for three days. Thank goodness I got kicked out, because if you have to join promptly again for the semi final and the final, then to have any chance of winning the final you'd need to crush your entire weekend away. It really is only for the serious crushers who don't have a family or friends or anything else to do.
What exactly is the reason for always running the final for a full three days on these types of competitions??
