I am sorry! I am a bit confused with your question...
You said "Where are my bonus" in the main title; and in the description, you wrote - "Events are out, I can't play them"!!
Are you saying you do not have any special features/events in your Events tab? Do you see a closed Red curtain? Can you show me a screenshot of your Events tab?
I would suggest you to play an old level and go back to the map and see if any events pop-up! Sometimes, error in the internet connection could do that!! But, playing a level will give a kick and brings back the eventsποΈ

A year that I play hard, and I have to start again as if nothing had happened. It's your job to deal with issues related to the operation of the game.
I only play this game to have wild cards. My phone had no problems and no updates.

Thank you for replying back and explaining the issue! And, no! Your English is not bad at all... I just needed to make sure what you were talking about!
I am so sorry to hear that you have lost quite a lot of boosters!! All of us that help you in this Community are players like you (except for the Community Managers). That is the reason, we will not be able to help you with the lost boosters.
I would request you to send a complaint to the King Player Support through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
Once you send the form, you will receive an automated email, which is like an acknowledgement from the King that they have received your complaint. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to hear back from a real agent. If you did not receive any reply even on the 5th day, send a reply to that automated email and tell them that you are still waiting to be helped.
Somebody will get back to youποΈ If they didn't, keep sending a reply every other day and remind them you need help with your lost boosters.
Contacting and getting help from the Player Support is a lengthy process. But, do not get frustrated or lose your patience. Also, please do not send multiple complaints, as it will only delay the process even more.
If you are playing on a mobile phone, you can send a complaint directly from the game. Since I do not know which device you are using, I have given you the link we can use on a computer.
