Lost over 200 lives on my kindle today. They are still there on my I phone. Kindle and iPhone does not sync

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. We are trying our best to keep current with the messages here in the community, so please bear with us as we address very old messages. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help?
When you play on a mobile device you are able to play it offline too so any lives or boosters can be lost at any time there is a crash, or system update or even updating the game to the next episode. King tells the players who use devices not to accumulate them. You are fortunate that they are still on your phone but please be careful because at any time you could lose those too.

I lost lives and fish when my phone updated. Give them back!!!

Unfortunately King cannot reimburse you for boosters if they were rewards from the challenges. You can only get reimbursed for purchased items.
