hello everyone, I have candy crush on my iPad. It’s not linked with my phone or email. Just recently the candy crush has stopped connecting to internet even though everything else is working. It says you’re offline. I tried restarting the iPad, updating software and the game but nothing is working. I’m on level 4900. I don’t want to uninstall it and download it again and lose my progress. How can I solve this issue?
As per your statement, your game app is having connectivity issues and I think you will get the solution through app reinstall.
By reinstalling the app you will get the solution but you will lose all your saved boosters, saved lives and unsaved levels. Since you saved the game with a Kingdom account, you will get your game progress back even after reinstalling the app.
It will definitely depend on your decision as there is no chance of getting lost boosters or lives back.
