Why have legend levels been added to the game that are simply impossible to pass unless you use gold bars to pass them, for an extra 120 moves?

@BID77 , i'm not even close to where you are, but i have the same complaint....
can't finish the chocolate box with a board like this, (6712 is a difficult one too, unless you have boosters, of course) and definitely can't reach the vault challenge.... i'm close to giving up the King games alltogether... :(
That one is a joke of a lucky board indeed! All those colour bombs dropping just at the end, as if the game would not accept "fail" as a result for this player. But well, it's only level 255. Maybe they still give them out at this stage. They won't once you are above level 2000.

I only get 14 moves.
I almost passed this level on my first try, when all of a sudden, my win streak broke and I tried to use boosters, claiming 3 extra moves, but it isn't working.
(I think I'm gonna be stuck on this level forever.)
Well done. Next time you get stuck just replay the level until the game lets you pass. Check the videos on YouTube which will show what a lucky board that allows players to pass without boosters looks like. Wait for opportunities as shown in those videos and then take advantage of them. Try to make some gold by winning the episode races, which should be possible at this stage in the game. Good luck!

Yes I think they are. Certainly looks that way. There is plenty of evidence they are actively trying to get rid of PC and tablet players at the top of the game and are now concentrating on getting new mobile players into the game, they are so much more likely to spend money. Why else make the game portrait mode only? The game is centred around players in the 0 to 4000 ranges, I'm sure they've found that this is where money is being spent.

Some clever players used to just keep replaying the hardest levels until the algorithm would give them a "lucky" board. King didn't like this, so they removed lucky boards altogether from some levels, and gave those levels the new name "legendary". They are the same levels as before, but with the lucky board removed, so you either play the level forever, play a booster near the end or pay gold to move on. Or quit, of course.
King wants to make more money! That is their challenge to dedicated players! Good luck and congratulations on getting that far, I’ll never get there!!

Do the blue candies exploded from leftover moves count towards the total blue candies for that round? Or do they only count the ones during regular game play? I don't know if I should be focusing on getting through levels quickly or trying to use all my moves on each level.…
