For missing rewards, you will have to contact the King Player Support team and report the issue.

If you are using a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game➡️ Pink Cog Wheel --> ? icon --> Click on "Events" --> select suitable option and send your complaint.

Sweet Moderators @PummyRaj @kiara_wael I do not wish to depreciate your advice but so that you know:
For exactly the same reason (absence of gold bars reward in Pot of Gold), twice, I went through the process of contacting King Player Support team. I never got a reply from them, even after explaining the issue in various mails, except for automated messages that sent me back to the Community Help Center or my fellow players. Needless to say, no compensation whatsoever. I made sure to keep very polite and kind in my words, to that is not an issue in their not responding at all.
Through various threads I found out that this lack of reaction from the support team is mentionned by quite a few people.
