can I get a refund of the purchases made and not received on candy crush saga

I bought many booster packages and never received them.I have four charges on my debit card now.I also have many charges on my PayPal account.If you could check into this I would appreciate it.Thank you for your attention

Can I get help with this as well? I have been charged twice and didn’t get the booster pack. I think it may have been due to connectivity issues.

I have the same problem I sent an email to them and I'm waiting. It has happened to me twice this week I'm not purchasing anything else.

Me too, I didn't receive 300 gold bars that I was paid on February 12, 2016.  Customer service is just automated email from King.com, I need the money or 300 gold bars back NOW
