It took me 30 levels to get 7 gems and additional 13 levels to get the last one.

I don't know why those green gems are more scarce in some players game than others. I'll see how many levels it takes to get the last two.

@QueenB In the Gem Hunt do the rare reskin green candies appear on any level or just new levels ?

I’d like to know this too. If that’s the case, it’s yet again weighted against players on the upper levels. I’m not going to use boosters to win boosters.
And it seems you have to actually pass the level to be credited with a gem. I collected two gems without noticing, but on two other levels I was told that I had to buy extra lives (presumably to pass the level) or else lose them. I didn’t buy.

First of all, Congratulations for collecting all 8 Gem candies and qualifying for the Finals 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
And, yes! That’s what will happen🤩 Finals start as they are scheduled.
By any chance, you do not see the event on the 27th, make sure that your App is updated and play one or two old levels (win or lose, does not matter)! And, you will notice that the event is Live in your game 👍

It took an entire episode for me to collect 4 Gem candies - only one per level!! I checked many old levels and I did not find a single Gem candy!!
I have asked QueenB about this info. Once I hear back from her, I will get back to you👍
