Is there anyone having the problem of not getting any lives from friends despite the nimerous requests, but responding to your own life requests? Am always sending lives to friends but receiving none.

Yep, I am not getting lives either. Frustrating when I am over level 5000. I keep dishing them out but not receiving.
I've been having the same problem off and on for the last two weeks... I always get requests from friends to give them I might request from them nuerous times a day lately and don't even get that maybe two they've obviously screwed something up with their Halloween thing I guess they're going to scare themselves out of some regular players.. I've contacted support and all they do is send you the self-generating message over and over again and never fixed never replace never give any lives and I I'm at well over the 5,000 level so I don't know what they've got going on but I'm looking for a new game cuz it's just one thing after another with this game the levels are getting harder to play the rewards or the way you can earn things are getting harder to play and harder to earn why can't it be also that we could use some of the gold bars to buy to buy various things other than just lives.... I'm at over level 5000 and I have never bought anything to play this game I've done all the regular way no cash is coming out of my pocket to play a game and I think this is deliberately why once you get to the level I'm at that they stop you from getting lives so you will come out of pocket and that's just manipulative of a game to do I'm sure I'm going to get yet another response from customer support for this or another eight other emails that absolutely solve nothing.. time to better spend my money on a game that it appreciates me being a player and my feedback... since I have regularly provided them with feedback free of charge ever since I started this game

Yep I’ve been like this for a couple of weeks I give lives and request them - every week there seems to be a new problem just wished they’d sort it out
Can we get rid of the profiles to then request and give more lives?
Now we can only send and ask for lives to people whose profile appears on the new list. I was just going to post that I hope people whose profile isn't ready realize it and that's why they aren't getting lives.
Same here. I used to get receive enough to store 200 but now I see maybe three a day when I have a long list of friends.
