Game not loading on iPhone 6

Last night I advanced to level 870. When I attempted to play the game would start loading then shut down. I logged out of it. Disconnected from Facebook connection. Closed the app(swiping it away) with out any luck. Tried this again today. Still no luck so I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, connected with Facebook. I was able to play and pass level 870 but ALL my bonus items are gone. I had 5 color bombs, 3 stripped/wrapped candy combos, 3 mystery candies. NOW NOTHING! Please return my items. Very frustrating. I used the "Contact Us" link in the game app but got an email saying go here or to the community. STUPID and no help. I enjoy the game a lot but your customer service is unacceptable.

    Thank you for your response KingsPinn. I realize this is the community site however I used the contact us on the iPhone app prior to coming here and only got an automated response. I will use your thread but assuming you dont restore boosters when someone has to reload their apps. Sad because I love the game and save those for really hard levels.
