I’m sorry you are having issues with lives. Sometimes in the past there have been issues but I don’t think there is any currently.
However I suggest you contact player support and see if they can help. You can click the Contact Us link below. It will respond with suggestions based upon your issue, however if that doesn’t help, then you can then click on a link to directly contact Player Support.

I tried that nothing happened, the envelope is apparently empty
My post was in English, I stated that my free life envelope is empty and asked for help. English is the only language I know!

Hi @kajira and a very warm welcome to the community! I am sorry you are having that issue. The games can be pretty sensitive sometimes and need a strong and steady internet connection. So if there is a temporary interruption, it can make the game think you are playing offline.
Please exit the game and turn off your device for at least 10-15 seconds, then restart it and play a level and see if the issue has been corrected. Also make sure you have the latest version of the game.
