Agree. The problem most likely started with a Candy Crush update so it shouldn't be that hard to figure out. Why not just undo the update until you have it figured out!I too ran into the issue but not in the beginning. Instead I was able to play through about 20 levels using boosters and then one day the sync did not work. Tried logout and then reconnecting. Said it was synced but it was not. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled the game only to end up back where I started. Being that most levels are annoying and require boosters, it is always awesome when you now have to play then a 2nd time through 20 levels. What is even more sad is the fact that this issue has been posted for the past week. How long does it take to fix. First ever performed surgeries have taken less time.

OK. updated and connected. But what stages lost were 20 including spending money to get these . Look at my purchase history . And the lives and boosters ?Hi guys,

Hi, my question was similar so it was threaded with this one, but your solution has not solved my problem. My problem was with all the king games I have on both my phone and my kindle. They still fail to connect to Facebook. The update did nothing and was only for candy crush. So even though my question was not answered, it is marked as solved. Please help. Thanks.Hi guys,
