I had 18 gold bars and accidentally i lost all of them...please restore...all of my hard earned gold bars im so sad

I have checked your player account and found the following transactions:
23/08/16, 19:16:10 - You won 1 Gold bar in Sugar Track - In your account: 17 Gold bars
09/09/16, 23:03:45 - You won 1 Gold bar in Sugar Track - In your account: 18 Gold bars
11/09/16, 23:36:30 - You used 18 Gold bars for extra time on time bombs - In your account: 0 Gold bars.
All transactions are from the same iOS device. Times are in CET (Central European Time)

Hellloooo is anyone there??? Are you going to restore my gold bars or not?? As i said it was by accident I didn't even use the extra time

Thanks for your update.
Unfortunately in-game purchases cannot be refunded.
You will however have the option to win further Gold bars in then events in Candy Crush Saga - for instance Sugar Track.
