Why does my daily bonus reset every second day?

i play candy crush, and candy crush soda every day.., but every second day my daily bonus is getting reset.. Or not counted.. Is there a time frame? I thought by just logging and playing (at anytime) would trigger the daily bonus??

I still face this issue. Seems like there is a 24hr timer when you claim a treat. So of i claim the treat on lets say 9 am, and the next day at 10, the game thinks i have been away longer than a day.I have seen you mentioning this fixed a few months ago, and now a few weeks ago. Get it done already!Hello all,

I claimed a treat 3 minutes earlier than the previous day, and it repeated the same day treat. I deleted, then reinstalled the game to be sure I had the latest update. The treat calendar then appeared with the proper day selected. I hope that is the solution for me. I'll re-post if the problem reappears.Hello all,

Same thing here. Every day it just gives me day one treat. Has always been like this from the beginning.I don't know the answer. I am playing on Facebook with a Macbook, every day. The Treat Calendar says "Start!" no matter how many days n a row and acts like I didn't play the day before. https://apps.facebook.com/candycrush/?fb_source=sidebar_bookmark The calendar has rarely put me on Day 2, then the next day it is always "Start". I do love this game for relaxation, but this issue is frustrating.
