I have lost my progress, what should i do?
Hello. I have cleared the cache on my phone and lost my progress. I tried to log in via facebook but that didn't help. I have contacted support and received instructions to contact them by opening the game, going into settings and choosing question mark. I'm tapping the question mark but nothing happens. I don't know what else i can do, so I'm posting here. I have about 14000 of gold bars in the game. My id:14644949122

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!
Do you have a second device that you use to play? If not do you have a laptop that is handy and you can borrow for few minutes. I am just wondering… May be you can login into to your Facebook account on the laptop and open the game there? Since you have saved the game to Facebook, it should come up where you left off!!
But, if you have cleared the “Data” on your phone, you might not recover the progress!! Do you remember whether you have cleared just the cache or data also?

It was something like this, I had updated the game for halloween event. When the halloween event didn't show up in my game, I cleared the cache on chrome, after that I've logged in and lost the progress. Then i read on the forum to reinstall the game. I tried the advices and it didn't help. I was playing only on one device.
