I've been playing forever and I too am having this issue with their last update. You can not remove them like you can others. I've been wondering what to do about it for a few days. Looks like you were kinda blown off with their response. I do not think you should just quit playing. I think we need to all load them up with help questions to their email so they will get this issue fixed. You should be able to delete someone if you want to. Has nothing to do with their profile. Sorry youre having the same issue.

I agree, it is BS to say that we have to wait for these people to fill out their player profiles. I have one and I never filled out a player profile! This is a new problem, and it was caused by whatever update Candy Crush decided to make to the game. As usual, they couldn't leave well enough alone.

Yes, I hate this latest update. I have 6-7 "friends" that say This player's full profile is coming soon? These "friends" are constantly requesting lives, but they are not giving any lives and you can't request that they give lives. These "friends" are totally useless and I want to remove them from my real list of friends who share. Please remove these ...profile is coming soon...space fillers.

@Bentley01 if these players request lives then they must need them and it proves at least that they are still playing the game, so I can't see the harm in keeping them on your friends list as it's not costing you anything. Those of us who do NOT have the player profile yet cannot receive lives from friends who have the player profile any other way than to request them.
I have one of those games WITHOUT the player profile and my friend does have it. So in my game my friend's profile looks like this below:
I send Alienscar lives every time I log in. Do they arrive? There is a way to find out in this case.
If you read this @Alienscar do you receive the lives I send you from this game (the "pink blancmange" with banner 3000 as Carol calls it)? I just sent you one just now.
I would like to know if these players who appear to only ever request lives but not send them are really just selfish?

For your information I also have a second game, which looks like yours @Bentley01 , with the same friend. Here we can send each other lives normally via the player profile icon. However this other friends Mohamed does not have this feature, so I can't send him lives. However, if he did request any I sure would send them. Why not?
When is all this going to get sorted out @QueenB ? It's causing a lot of "unfriendly" sentiments between players. Surely that is not what King intend with this ongoing "testing" of the player cards?

It is not a bug in your game.
The Candy Crush game team is still improving the Player Card feature. That "Player's profile is coming soon" message is a result of those testing & improvements.
Many of us also see that on our friends' profiles. Until the game studio fixes this completely, we will keep seeing it. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it🙃
