Got a new phone. How do I transfer my boosters??

I have a TON of boosters and need to send my old phone back. What do I do??

    It's not possible I'm sorry to say. Your boosters are stored in your phone so its not like your gold and level progress.

    But how can that be? Many of them were purchased, and I worked hard to earn them all and keep them!! I have probably 200 combined and am on level 1500+. There has got to be a way.
