i was on level 2400 and something and got back to 410 . how can you fix it ?

On my mobile devices i was stuck in level 410, however, on my computer, throug facebook , i was already in level 2000 and something. could you please bring my progress up to date ?

If the progress is on your Facebook then you should just need to do the Facebook troubleshooting in order for your game on mobile to sync up. Depending what OS you have, go through the steps given here:
