I have the same problem. Some suggested to log out & log in again, but that didn't help at all. Somebody pls help us🙄🙄🙄

I think in the support forum there is a more comprehensive topic. Whatever you do, do not reset the game/app/phone/etc. You will lose a lot of stuff.
