Windows 10 Lagging or Slow

After the popups for the consent agreement and TOS updates, Candy Crush Saga started lagging to where everything I do takes a few seconds to happen. If I move a Candy there is a delay of a few seconds. The game will actually recommend a move still while I wait for my move to happen. Restarted computer and no change. Running Windows 10 on the fast track so would be latest beta release of Windows 10. I don't have the same problem on my tablet, but that is a standard install and not on the Windows fast track.

Didn't want to do it but tried reinstalling the game. I hate it because I lose all my powerups. Sucks because I had probably 10 free switches and 10 candy hammers, but the play is so bad. Well needless to say, reinstalling did not fix the issue. No change.
