I just cannot believe this is my third message for the same question..
I have an issue and I just want to get an answer thats all..
I assume you are quite busy
But how much longer do I have to wait?
a box is appeard at the mainpage below the connect button called ' Unknown String Id '
I don't know what it is, a virus, a spam, or something like that.. I don't know..
All I know is this is related with the game and thats the reason why Im asking you...
I tried everything that I can.. 'update, reinstall..etc..'
But that box is still there.. this is really so annoying..
The game is freezing while Im playing...
So, please help me...

Welcome to the site. Just to give you a bit of info. This isn't a site where you post a question and you get an answer directly from King. There are moderators here like myself and we step in if required, however there is a search feature and other filters you can use to search for answers on the site. There is no timeframe as the site is made up of players like yourself.
In regards to the issue you have mentioned. Please post a screenshot as I will need this to report the issue to the game studio.

Thank you for the screenshot and don't worry, you didn't offend, I just wanted to let you know more about the site.
I passed the screenshot forward to the game studio and they advised that it will be changed in the next update so maybe next week. I'm glad that the translation worked though, hopefully it doesn't affect your game play.

Hi Johnny Ryall,Im sorry if I offended you or any others, I didn't mean that..I'm just new here and I don't know how the system works thats all..And about that annoying box is really bothers me a lot..It just took all the fun away.. Hi, I was triyng something to solve this and I changed the language and the text in the box has changed..Now it says 'Connect to Facebook to send and recieve life from your friends'Im not playing this game with facebook..So, maybe this will help.Regards...Hello Jan,

Hello Johnny,I waited the next update as you said, and today I installed the new update..but nothing has changed. that box is still there..it still says 'connect to facebook to send and receive lives from your friends'its just not make sense.. I don't even understand why that box was appeared anyway...can you tell me is it a spam or a normal thing or something else?and can you speak with the game studio about how to fix this please...thank you..
