what can I do to get an answer from king care?

I lost levels after being prompted to connect to facebook and hav ebeen waiting for over a week for someone to help me  - how can I get an answer?

    I am having the same problem! I was asked to sign in and when I did I lost all my progress please help!!

    cezdiamond - I dont have anything in my inbox. Please help return my levels and my boosters - I am so frustrated. I was also just forced to sign in via facebook although I really didnt want to but could not sign in any other way

    no, I do not have a message waiting in my inbox - they asked me for my email and ince then nothing - please help/ I was also just forced to sign into king care via facebook, no other option - I really dont know what is going on - just want my levels back and my hard earned aids please
