I got a new phone and got locked out of my account I've tried to reset the password 10 times and nothing works can. someone help me?

I am sorry to hear that you are having logging issues with the game!! If you can contact the King Player Support team, they will be able to help you out.
You can do so directly from your game. But, I would recommend you to send your complaint through your old phone (if you still have it), as the Support team will receive your game ID number automatically!!
So, here you go --> Click on the Pink Cogwheel -- select ? icon -- scroll down to "Technical & Connection Issues" -- select the option "What can I do when I lose connection in the game" -- see if the steps provided there help you with resolving the issue -- if not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form and submit.
Depending on how busy they are, it might take up to 72 hours for a real agent to reach out to you. But, please don't get frustrated but be patient and persistent.
