@Adav If you play on an android device you take a screenshot by pressing the on button and volume down at the same time.
@PummyRaj , it's no use contacting King player support team, as they just send generic messages and refer back to this community. I gave up with them a long time ago

@Alienscar , yes, I won the level, and was awarded the next one of 10min if I won the level after that..... I did not win the second one, but never received the first one.....
being stupid with tech, I have no idea how to take a snapshot. ha ha. Nevermind. I'm stuck on ultra hard levels, so chances are, I wont get new ones anytime soon

I just received this feature yesterday in my game! Out of all, I find it helpful to receive 5 minutes of UFO boosters☺️
I am thinking that since it is a new feature, that is still in testing, we are experiencing glitches😕
I would recommend you to contact the King Player Support team and post a complaint. Are you aware of the procedure or would you need my assistance?
Are you sure you have been rewarded with the timed boosters @Adav? I receive my 5 and 10 minute Royale rewards without issue, but before you get them there is a pop-up screen that shows you the 5 min tined booster with a sweet buuton, but that screen is telling you that you have to win the next level to obtain the booster.
Best thing you can do is screenshot the next timed booster offer you don't receive and then contact Player Support.

Can't I use my Yahoo email to receive verification email for Candy Crush? The link has expired and it says I should request a new verification email via my King account in the game. (Candy Crush) I have tried to but have not received a new verification email to my Yahoo email.

I had logged in my account in new device the old levels are not visible.My level is 846 but in new device its showing level 11 I need to solve this problem, give me solution.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
