Hi how to I assess my envelope to get lives out of it?

i need help. my envelope is greyed out and i have friends trying to send me lioves but i cant even click on it. it has always been this way. i just started playing two weeks ago
please someone help me

Yes Christine, I counted them. 6 a page, scrolled up 367 times. Iβm sad, I knowπ
Hello @Saselade are you sure it says you have lives. The number that appears on your envelope displays both the number of life requests and the number of lives received. There is no way of knowing until you open your envelope if the number shown includes any sent lives, or is just life request.
As @T0rr1e says to open your envelope when it shows a number all you have to do is click on it.

You have over 2000 friends? Really? How do you know this? Have you counted them? I can't see anywhere in my game that tells me how many friends I have.
With 2000+ friends I must have lives from some of them yet my envelope is disabled
Hello @Saselade to access your envelop just tap on it with your pointer it should open, then you can click on the people names that have sent you lives, no more than 5 at a time and no more than 20 in a day. I hope this helps.π
Hi. Yes it says I have lives. Im not sure how to open it. Are they saved automatically? Ive been playing this for years and never really noticed this until recently lol
Hello @Saselade you can only access your life envelope if you have any saved lives, or life requests. If you don't have either of these your envelope can't be opened.
