    The sync issue has been solved.

    If your mobile device is set to automatically update apps then no further activities are required.

    If you have set your mobile device to manual update then please update the app to version 1.83.0.4 from this address: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga

    Having the same problem. Have disconnected and reconnected both devices, updated all software, uninstalled and reinstalled both Facebook and candy crush saga, have contacted king care(only directed to this thread),and still not able to sync my tablet with my home computer on Facebook. It will allow my to connect through Facebook on my tablet and my progress is the same but not on my home computer Facebook. Home computer says I'm on level 1895 and on tablet I'm on 1910 with no new levels. Please fix!!!!!!

    My kindle fire is still not sync, getting the red x but am 15 levels above the ones on My Samsung tablet. My sync problem not resolved !

    I wanted to know how do I sync my facebook account to my mobile app(apple device)? I am having problem for very long and I cant log in at all. I do not experience this issue about 2 weeks ago but suddenly there an issue?

    I am on a laptop and have recently encountered this issue. It's not fixed. I've tried everything listed. I am unable to make purchases. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I tried to email, and even after entering the captcha multiple times the mail still did not send. I'm ready to be done with this and I am at 1030 level. Half your income must be from me lol
