Losing game in middle of play.

Several times for about a month, I will be playing a game on Candy Crush Saga, in the middle of the game the game square will go white with a big exclamation point in the middle of the box. I have lost several games this way. Why is this happening?

No this didn't help. I play on king.com on my laptop. It works fine for a while then out of the blue it stops.
