I am on level 5359 and I can no longer play on my computer. It's frustrating because I love playing the game! Please help!

Now, I know what's going on!! It is the latest Sonoma software on your Computer that is causing the issue. Candy game Studio is aware about this issue and they are trying to fix it. But, we were informed that it is taking longer than expected.
So, until the issue is fixed, all you have to do is - play on Google Chrome, as it will work without troubling you anymore! The Studio team knows that, that is not the work-around the players are looking for. But, for time being, please play the game on Chrome and you will be back to having fun again🤩

No Firefox or Chrome. I can begin the game and then it just stops and reloads. I can NEVER finish my game. I have logged in, I just am unable to ever complete a game because it just stops and reloads to the beginning. :(

There has been several complaints from people about not being able to play on a PC with Firefox/Chrome. If this is what is wrong with your game all you can do is contact Player Support for help.
