Daily booster wheel not working

My King version of Candy Crush doesn't have the daily booster wheel any more (hasn't for the past week and a bit). Is this a wider problem and does any one else have this issue? Also, still no word on the daily calendar yet on facebook version? It's been a little while since I last heard that this problem had been escalated to trying to get this resolved. It makes it more difficult to pass levels without some form of daily prize. Thanks

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.
Not always all challenges will be available for all our players in all our games.
This can occur since most challenges, new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analise the impact.
The opposite can also happen and some challenges or features might get deactivated after some time.
I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges and gaming elements in the future.

Hi, I'm sorry, but it doesn't look like the answer relates to my question. I don't mean to be rude or anything like that at all. I am not worried about challenges or anything like that, I used to have the spinning wheel on FB Candy Crush and no longer have it (I was advised this was being escalated as others had this issue too and I saw your post on the main page that this problem was being escalated, so I wasn't aware that this was a challenge feature only offered to some players), and mydaily calendar on the King version of candy crush is no longer there. I've spoken to others who play the game and they all have it. Just wondering if these features just disappear after a certain level? I don't mind playing challenges, but am now out of hammers etc, and, I don't feel comfortable paying for something that isn't real (such as paying for pretend hammers with real money), so I won't be doing that. I don't really understand the answer that was given to me above about new elements or extras? I'm not wanting new extras, just the wheel and calendar that I used to have. I understand that new elements can be added to a select few (I've had this luxury afforded to me in other games previously), but not had things become unavailable that I previously had in a game. I appreciate the time you've taken to respond to my question, but I just didn't feel it answered my question. Could I please confirm that both the wheel and the daily calendar are added challenges, new elements or extras only available to a small part of the players, randomly chosen for testing purposes?
