I can sincerely understand your anger and disappointment, considering the time spent on the Cup and your desire to access to its final stage. I find it incredible that this company can get away with so much glitches, errors and lack of consideration for the players. I think it is only an illustration of what is happening everywhere today and I find it sad. (Sorry not much in a uplifting mood today). Love you.
