I have read many a post about boosters mysteriously disappearing, but I never thought it would happen to me.
My game was 'off' when I first opened it today. It crashed mid level four times and my avatar and that of other players did not load correctly. I closed my game and reopened later in the day to find all of my boosters gone.

I played a few levels hoping that would fix things.
Oh no! I'm so sorry this happened to you. I hope they will reappear, but knowing that they are not linked to your account I wonder if there is anything you can do. Have you tried emailing player support?. They ought to give you some boosters as compensation. Especially as you have those screenshots, good on you for taking those. I lost my avatar this morning, but thankfully my inventory is still the same.
Thanks @christinewupp I can't be bothered emailing Support to be honest because every time I have in the past they have never been helpful. I know that because my game crashed they will blame the old 'saved on your device' thing regardless of the fact that my boosters were still there after the crash and only disappeared after I restarted my game.
Overall the only boosters I am sorry to lose are the lollipops and the UFO the rest I am not too bothered about.
Funny how it goes I only just hit the jackpot on the Wheel again on Monday just gone.

Whoa @Alienscar I got heartburn when I read about your boosters, not sure how I'd cope if it happened to me. I know like me you have never spent any money on the game so your boosters were hard earned and not easy to get. It's a bit ironic you ended up with timed wrapped/striped boosters. We know what Player Support are like re boosters especially when they haven't been paid for. But surely it's worth a try being as you have screenshots, you never know, they might feel festive and reimburse them.
If you don't ask, you don't get as they say.
I am sorry this happened to you @Alienscar. I knew on mobile platforms we can lose boosters to an app crash corrupting game data, but it turns out now we can lose them literally out of the blue. It's still worth trying to contact player support with these screenshots, and if the support team is not helpful, perhaps you could ask the moderators, who were helpful to me in the past.
Haha they must be feeling sorry for me. I hit the Wheel jackpot Monday just gone and I have just hit it again today

Ialsolosteverything when I crashed during the game and I'm sick over it. I'm level 8868 and worked very hard to get these boosters and now all gone. Just sickens me.
