It finally let me win on my 36th attempt, @letuswin . I got close enough to being just one move or one lollipop away a few times, but I wanted to see when it will give me the full lucky board. Got that at try no. 36. On my first screenshot you see the four blues at the bottom which I can match to create an upwards striped candy just underneath that final cake piece. At 6 moves from the end this is a certain winning position.
I think you will have to create some striped candies and then make them hit it when they have reached the correct position on the conveyor belt.

I am not quite sure what you mean, but if you are wondering why the square is just jelly and no candy is in it, I assume it must be because the cake bomb is in the way of them dropping. Once the cake bomb has exploded candies should drop to fill all those squares.
