Why is this only game i have downloaded that if you want if u want to pass levels you have to spend money if not u play same level over and over and over. Atleast other have a video you could watch and recieve extra time moves anything the games has. Seems like you ppl that run and designed are money grubbing *Edited by CM: Hold on a bit! all they want is money from ppl that cant afford it and wen you even get to easy levels it a joke. You game is fun your company and creators blow

I am sorry to see that you are frustrated with some of the features and difficulties of the game! I agree with you about some levels being super hard and impossible to win even after multiple tries! And, yes! It is not possible for all the players to spend money in the game! And, Ads are not available to all players yet!!
Whenever I am stuck on a hard level, I try to earn boosters with all the features we have in the game. Right now, we have the Booster wheel, Daily treat machine, chocolate box and also season pass. To fulfill the tasks on Chocolate box and Season pass, we can also play old levels, and finish the event to collect the booster rewards! If you can finish the Season pass, each time, we can earn an UFO booster, which is a great incentive. I know that this is not the answer you are looking for... but, it is just a tip - from one player to another🙂
And, finally, if the game is making you that upset, I would say do not play that at all and take a break! If you come back, you will have a fresh strategy to beat your level😉
If you are still not convinced, I would suggest you to send your feedback to King Player Support team. Click on the Pink Cog wheel -- click on ? icon -- click on "How to Play" under Popular topics -- Scroll down a bit & I would suggest you to select "Tips to pass a very hard level" option and click on it -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- send your complaint/feedback. King team has received your feedback👍️

I'm LVL 4966, I was on LVL 4965 when I completed the striped candy event, I claimed the rewards as usual for the booster rewards, but the reward never showed in my inventory. I emailed you with no response, It's pretty frustrating when you don't spend all day on the game like some people do because you work and when you do complete something, you get screwed out of it....All I want is to get the boosters that I earned for completing it, especially since it confirmed that I did, and getting an answer would be nice as well🙄
