I finally finished levl 1721 using all my boosters and the game crashed! How do I move forward

it crashed just as i connected the 2 colored balls to complete the level. I have spent 2 much money on this game & boosters for this to happen. today when I spent the wheel, after a year, I got the whole package and it bounced back. this is not fair. I want to be progressed to next level. Im not spending another dime!

I was playing on Desktop. I did reach out to King. they wouldnt advance me. they gave me some gold bars, but not all the boosters I lost. thanks
