Everytime I play Candy Crush on Facebook, I have to accept the terms of service and turn off the music (my preference). Does this happen to everyone playing through facebook? Why can it not save my preferences and how many times does one have to accept the ToS. It's annoying!!
Hi @sstone5248 I have the same problem than you and I have no clue why we have to go through this everytime we open the game on Facebook. In my case, having to turn off the music is nothing compared to losing my stock of lives each time I agree to ToC ...
Hello @sstone5248🤗 Hearty Welcome back to Candy Crush Saga King Community!
Unfortunately, while playing through Facebook browser, that is one of the glitches we (as players) have no control of!! Not sure if it is the game OR the browser settings, it has been a head-ache every once a while!!
Did you try to change the browser you are using and see if it improves the glitch? For me, Chrome is more glitch free than Edge!!
Let me find out if there is anything you can do from your side to get out of this glitch👍️
Hello dear @nekocat🤗
I am sorry to hear that you lose all your saved boosters whenever you "accept the terms"!
I did bring this up with the Candy Community In-charge a while ago! I don't think she has received any information from the Studio team! Let me find out and see what you can do if it happens again next time!
Hello to you, my dear @PummyRaj
Thank you very much for taking this subject in your hands 😊. The need to "accept T&C" arises each time I open my game or reconnect it. I play on pc via the Facebook platform and use Chrome. My stock of boosters is fine. It's the stock of lives given by friends which each time is erased, as well as life requests from the community. I find that a real nuisance as I find giving and receiving lives an important part of my gaming activity. 🤗
Hi there,
Have you both tried different browsers or even tried clearing out the cache of your current browser to see if that helps?
Also, do you happen to have Windows 10 on your PC? Perhaps playing through the app itself would give you a better experience seeing that Facebook platform is not something we have 100% control of.
Thank you for the time taken to address this issue. @Queen B. To date, clearing cache has had no effect on this for me. I will follow your advice and try another browser. 🙂
Hello. Like nekocat, clearing the cache/browser does not help. I have Windows 11, not 10. I typically play on Chrome. I just tried through Edge, and the same thing. I have to accept the terms of service, I have to turn my music off, and every time I play, I get the pop ups of each of the "new feature" candies.
