Please. Fix it where you can switch back to another task. Having to accept "gold crowns", and lots of them, when there are no need levels to play, is awful. So you're always having to wait 2 or 3 days for a reset! Help!

Once again there seems to be glitches with the chocolate box I’ve filled the requests but no prizes. My fiance hasn’t had a functioning chocolate box for months.
When try to claim the box I get this

I have the same problem, should have received 10 gold bars for completing gold chocolate box today but didn’t receive my reward. Can you look into this please as it happened with another event in November and didn’t receive 40 gold bars. Gold bars are so useful but frustrating when not received. Thanks

Fix it is right 5 times I won suppose to get striped candy, hammer and 10 gold did not get the gold 50 missing gold now had to win 12 level did not get keep sending contact msgs and no help
