Level 2253 online, new phone shows 22.

Hello! I have checked your details and the only account I find shows level 26. I think you must have two accounts somehow. I cannot find your account with your higher level. 

What I can do is add the missing levels to this account?

That would be great, if that's the best solution. I cannot find the game ID of the desktop game, but it is under the same email address and login, which I can provide if needed. Screenshot is above. Thank you.
