My mom just decided to link her Candy Crush game to Facebook thinking that it would back up everything she has accomplished so far (2,547 LEVELS!!) but when she logged in and returned to the game, she noticed that it went back to level

Can her progress be restored somehow through her Facebook account by King? It’s devastating that years worth of playing just disappeared!
