Hi ImRoxy, I heard recently that if you back up your phone then you should be able to get it back but here you are saying that it didn't work for you. Have you been playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress? Please write back to let me know so that I can direct you further.
I'm going to elevate this to a King Admin who will write you privately here on King Care. She won't be in the office until some time tomorrow so give it a couple of days before hearing from her. Please, please in the future play through Facebook or the Kingdom otherwise your levels won't be saved.

Thank you. I will hope to hear from her next week then.I'm sorry that you didn't hear from her. I did forward your message to her but perhaps since it's a holiday weekend coming up she didn't have a chance to respond. I will send her another message but she is out of the office until next week.
