Hi lelensp. I'm so sorry to hear that, you are still having problems. Contact the help desk. Maybe they can help. I wS going to suggest to reregister. But, that is a headache. So I wouldn't ho in that root. I always Contact customer service. They are quite good. I'm having issue with my silver coins 🪙 at the moment. And I must say. They are very helpful. They even gave me lots of freebies. Because, they still can't figure it out why I can't receive my silver coins. Hope it works for you. 🤞🤞🤞🤗😚
