Including yours, we have about 7 or 8 complaints about this level just today!! I have suggested all of them to send a complaint to King Player Support, and I would advice the same to you too!
You will be receiving an automated email as initial response which is an acknowledgement. You will have to wait up to 72 hours for an agent to contact you.
Please be aware that the level might not change until the game team comes back! But, the Player Support team can take your complaint and report to the Studio when they are back after the Holidays!

I can’t seem to unlock the box. There are no more frozen blocks on the screen. I have used my extra lives and it was a waste. As you can see in my picture below there is nothing else I can do to unlock the remaining challenges. This is very frustrating!!!

We have received couple more complaints about this level, and you would 5th or 6th player! I have suggested them to send a complaint to King Player Support, so that they can record their complaints and report to the game Studio.

There is a bug in the game, you can't finish it. It doesn't count down, so it doesn't open the box in the middle. I have lost a lot of lives and money.
Correct, but my frozen not enough 50 to clear. Something was wrong. Clear all frozen has only 40, but request is 50.

I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and report about the issue. But, please be aware that the glitch might not be fixed right away as all the Kingsters are on Holidays break!!

Unlock clock need clear 50 frozen, but actual only has 40 frozen. How to win?
I have just played this level and I definitely had more than 50 layers of the frozen, enough to fulfll the order to break the box, with several spare. I think some of them must be a triple layer. However I have noted that other players seem to have a faulty version of this level, with only a double layer.
