I think the app is not working properly in my mobile. So when I play it can crash at any moment. This makes playing very difficult, loosing win streak and such; and sometimes, I get so fed up I just stop playing for a while. That's when I miss the bat deadline and so it goes backward. The highest I reached was epic but it never opened as I missed the deadline...

I have a similar behavior to Amoonmoon which stores interesting and humorous Gifs.

I will take screenshots of some pictures and organize them so they can be found if needed.

I play on mobile. My game on PC is on the facebook platform and as such is totally useless. No mini games, no events whatsoever. Steventseng told me he has the same problem with the game on his PC and advised me to play on mobile.

I noticed that. You always have screenshot examples to share, that's great actually. My computer would lack memory space if I did that. Mind you, it is full of my children and cats' pictures 😄

My CCSS teammate also has problems with game, which is very similar to yours.

I couldn't enter the game 2-3 months ago. I tried all the moderator's instructions, but still couldn't solve the problem. In the end, I had to "clear data" and the game returned to normal.

I know it is the only solution. I keep procrastinating, but at the end I will have to do it. I guess I fear losing eveything, levels, gold bars, access to events and so on.

So you cleared all data twice last year, that time and when you competed for the Winter Cup?
