Suddenly my app won't connect to the app store anymore. Can't log in to save my progress. Gives an error message when I try to log into my King account via the app. Says There was a connection error try again in a bit.

Ok! Let's try something else.... please follow the steps & tips provided in this link (click on the Green letters) --> "What if I can't connect to the App Store".
I am hoping this would help out! I gave this link to couple more players last week and they did not come back or complain that it did not work (usually, it the game is working again, players won't come back to inform that😅).

No I di it on my iPad and exactly as you wrote but it doesn’t have any of what you say. I can’t even log into my king account from the app the link says there’s a connection error try again in a bit. I’m connected to the internet and it is because the stupid app insists on trying to log into the wrong Facebook Account.

I'm sorry but I followed those instructions but there is no Contact Us link and thus no form to fill out. There is only a question. Is this article helpful.

If so, please follow below steps either on your iPad or iPhone (whichever is your choice)⬇️
You will be receiving an automated email as an acknowledgement, but it is not a reply for you. Please wait for (up to) 72 hours. If a real agent did not reach out to you by then, send a reply through that automated email you have received today. An agent should reach out to you soon.
If they didn't for any reason, please don't give up, as contacting Player Support team is a time consuming process. You will have to be with utmost patience, and most importantly, do not give up!
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

It is happening on Candy Crush and Farm Heros on iPad and iPhone since my Facebook account go hacked. I got it back but I also have a second Facebook account and they both signed into that account and since then I have tried to get them to connect to the old original Facebook but won't let me switch back to the original email and account.
